Bought this same style years

Bought this same style years ago and still have them for my outdoor work boots. Could use a little more padding for the inside soles but inserts take care of that 👍🏼

Best hiking boot I ever

Best hiking boot I ever had. My second pair. My original pair is patched together with hot melt glue and is used around the house. Excellent fit, high top keeps me from trashing my ankles when I slip sideways off a rock. Break-in consisted of wearing them around the house for an entire day and they are now as comfortable as my old pair.

The tongue or roof attach to the boot has a indention that hold water, dirt, grass. Comfortable and waterproof so far. just not the custom boot I'm use to from Danner.
