If you are not completely satisfied with the items on your order, you may return them within 90 days of delivery. Returns must be in new, unwashed, and resalable condition with all original manufacturers tags still attached to receive a full credit for the returned product. We do not offer exchanges. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.



Please print and fill out the Return Form. Include it with your shipment and please wrap securely. If possible, include your original order receipt as well. If the Return Form is not filled out and included in the shipment, your refund will be issued in the form of a Dungarees Gift Card.

Most returns can be shipped using a UPS Return Label, which can be downloaded and printed online. The cost of this label is $7.95 within the contiguous US, plus tax if applicable. That fee is waived if you choose to receive your refund in the form of a Dungarees e-gift card.

Special Policy Notifications:

  • Footwear returns must be in 100% new condition and returned in the original manufacturer's box. The manufacturers box cannot be used as the shipping container, or else restocking fees will apply. Footwear may be returned only if the soles are unscratched, no scuff marks and in as-new condition. When trying on footwear, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that it fits correctly.
  • Packages shipping from Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO or outside the USA cannot use the UPS label from our website. Please see FAQs below for more information.
  • Oversized and overweight items do not qualify for the flat rate $7.95 return label. Please contact us for a custom resolution.

We currently do not offer exchanges. You will need to send the item(s) back for a refund/gift card and place a new order for the correct item(s)
You will be refunded once your order is processed by our returns department- typically within 2 days of delivery to our location. Returns made in January will typically take 3-5 business days due to seasonal volume. Once your return shipment is processed at our facility, you will receive an automated return notification email.
  • If refunding to the original form of payment, please allow 2-5 business days after the automated return notification email for the credit to post to your account.
  • If refunding to a Dungarees Gift Card, you should receive the Gift Card email within 1-2 business days after the automated return notification email.
  • If you return items that qualify you for a gift-with-purchase (GWP) or buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) promotion, then you must also return the free item. If you choose to keep the free item, Dungarees will charge you for the listed value of the item when processing your return.
The return of defective, mislabeled, or incorrect items must be authorized by a Dungarees customer service representative, and be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. Instructions, shipping labels and replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure quality service and satisfaction.
Items returned to Dungarees that are NOT in new, unwashed, and resalable condition with all original manufacturers tags still attached will be assessed a restocking fee at our discretion or returned to customers at their expense.

We recommend insuring your package if you choose to not use our return label. Dungarees is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and we encourage you to record your tracking number before sending.
If shipping back from Alaska or Hawaii, we can provide a return label however the shipping label cost will vary from $7.95. Please contact us for a custom resolution.
We are unable to provide international return mailing labels. If you are returning a package from outside the U.S., you MUST use your own return label.

Please note: International shipments' Duties and Taxes are paid to Dungarees at the time of checkout. Dungarees will not be responsible for refunding these charges if the item is returned. In that event, you would need to contact the Customs for the country the Duties/Taxes were paid to in order to request a refund.
