The right size (always hear Carhartt runs large - I'm not seeing it), thin enough to be comfortable at room temperatures, superb base layer in cold temps. And a pocket - can't go wrong there.

I absolutely love Carhartt clothing for everyday wear. This shirt is lightweight, yet still warm when you need that extra bit. As always, the craftsmanship is excellent, although I'm disappointed that most of their shirts are made outside of the USA.

Carhartt's lightweight long-sleeve pocket t-shirt is good, but doesn't seem to be thick enough. Doesn't stand up very nicely, always seem to droop on you. The heavy weight long-sleeve and short-sleeve are perfect.
