I have only been using this belt for a short while, and I will update this review over time. So far, this belt is everything you would want from a belt. It's apparent that the belt itself is constructed of quality leather. Thick and tough, yet flexible. I don't think this belt needs to be broken in. The buckle also appears to be rugged. Despite these tough components, the belt is actually quite elegant in its appearance. You could wear this belt for work, as it should have no problem supporting heavy loads, but you could also easily wear this belt with dress pants. A versatile choice. I look at the price as one that someone would have to pay for a quality belt. I have no problem paying a bit more for high quality. I think that's what you get here.

Good work belt

I thought this belt would be too wide, but its perfect. It keeps my knife from sliding around. Its a good strong heavy belt that can hold knives, tape measures, etc. Looks great also.

Carhartt can't be beat!!!

I'm a big boy and my last Carhartt Belt lasted over ten (10) years but over the past three (3) years I have went through four (4) other name brand belt all claiming to be 100% pure leather. Carhartt is not only the most durable leather but is worn with my rugged work cloths and a dress suite as well!

Nice quality belt, looks good with jeans or khakis

I bought this belt in black after purchasing one in brown. I liked the brown one so much that I decided to get one in black to wear with black shoes. The quality is very good and the price I paid made the belt a good value. It belt is a nice width and the buckle is very sturdy (without being too bulky).

better than the last belt i got from carhartt

so far so good, looks good fits very nice. The holes are already starting to ware in less than a week tho, hopefully will last 6 months, we will see.
