Carhartt 103043 - Women's Shoreline Pant

Ok so I buy alot of carhartt stuff (a free walking advertisement for them lol) and recently just started getting it straight from their site. I am 5'2'' 145 pounds so I'm short have hips and on have a little pudge on my tummy bc I'm a mom. I usually order medium but I thought I had to go up a size so I could wear clothes underneath so I got a large, big mistake they were HUGE (i got jacket and pants). I am a landscaper and for Christmas my boss got me rain gear so I had to go back to him and ask him to return them and order them in medium, which was embarrassing, so I got the medium and they are still huge! Wayyyy too long and even after tightening them I have to roll them at the top. I advise if you are my size or near to get a small or even extra small , I cant bother my boss once again with this so I am stuck with a very expensive rain jacket and pants that look ridiculously big on me which is a big bummer so I hope this helps someone ! I don't think they could possibly be that cute but I love them! I purchased them for rainy field days so that I could have a no fuss pair of rainpants to pull on over my boots and clothes, yet still move. One of my volunteers had these, so I ordered them. They are great and fit the bill perfectly. They are multilayer and I worried they'd be too warm and limit my movement, but they are great!

Love the length, the gusset zipper legs for putting gaiters underneath. Only complaint is lack of pockets. The front pocket sits very high and ends up being hidden under my radio belt.

Bought these for my wife. I have the storm defender pants and jacket. Bought her the jacket as well. They are great. We used them fishing in stormy weather on a Alaska trip. Keeps you very dry.

The only pair of pants that stood up to thick brush while I was timber cruising. Kept me nice and dry too. I would of loved a pair in a bright color so people could see I was human!

I had to return them because they were too long and you couldn’t cinch the bottom or Velcro tighter to adjust the length at all. I’m 5’4”. I would love it if Carhartt had inseam choices for more women’s clothing. They looked very well made and durable though.
