A sturdy, well-made vest

The vest is high-quality, with good, sturdy fabric and well-stitched; it should last many years. It has two zippered pockets - one outside and one inside - and a third interior pocket with a Velcro fastener. I am very pleased with it. It does, however seem to run a bit small.

Top quality work gear

Can't get enough of this stuff in Australia, I'm outdoors everyday and these jackets would have to be the most durable of them all. Not only are they tough wearing but bloody comfortable too.

Husband loves it

Bought this for my husband and he loves it. We did order the size down as some reviewers said it ran big. We feel it runs pretty true to size eapecially if you put a flannel or thick shirt underneath. Our shipping and exchange was quick and easy.

Heavy duty and built tough

I bought this vest because my new job assignment requires me to work outside on night shift. The vest with my Carhart ranch coat kept me very warm in winter's brutal cold. It was also comfortable to wear indoors without the outer coat. I'm 6' 3" and 210 lbs and the Large Tall size fit perfect. This is one of many Carhart products I own, and as always, I was not disappointed. Love it!

Comfortable & practical.

There is a good amount of insulation--not too much but definitely keeps the wind & cold out. I like having the collar to flip up for warmth, and snaps rock. Looks good too. Runs slightly large, the fitting recommendation had me as a borderline large and recommended a large, but had to return it, the medium is perfect.

Love the fit.

Helps keep you warm, and you can still move around and not be confind. Very good for welding. Helps keep the hot bee bee's from burning you. Also they are very hard to caught on fire.

The buttons make the vest usable.

Carhartt makes the best vest but there was no protection for the zipper from welding sparks. One spark and the vest was ruined. Finally we have a vest with buttons. This is the first button work vest to come to the market in over a decade. Thanks Carhartt.
