This is my favorite work shirt. It fits well, allows me to unbutton and cool down a little bit, looks nice, layers well. Its the perfect work shirt. The only problem is the limited colors and fact that they're always sold out my size. Wish they had the same color options as the regular crew neck. If they did i'd never buy the crew neck ones again, just these.

My husband and loves the comfort of the Force pocket, short sleeve Henley! But the colors are boring! he has all the colors available, but why can't there be teal or rust, or eggplant, or loden green, or blue violet, or French Blue for example??????????? What do the colors have to be so limited and BORING?

I've worn Large Carhartt T shirts for years. Ordered this one in large and it fit like a tourniquet, had to return it. Even the X-Large is not very roomy. Still a little tight in the arm pits. However, very comfortable and good quality. JK

Great summer shirt!

This shirt is great for summer. It is lighter weight than the regular Carhartt henleys. My husband also likes the raglan sleeves. I wish they'd had more colors in his size than just the gray.
