My husband is a carpenter and always wears Carhartt pants for work. I bought these, liking the idea of light weight for indoor jobs in warmer weather. They looked great and he really liked them until, while at work, he squatted down to pick up a window and they ripped right down the back. Brand new. I wouldn't have thought twice if they were well worn, but brand new....yikes.

Bought one pair and ordered two more before the day was done. Super comfortable, not a heavy duty pant but perfect for those sweltering days. Excellent cut and fit. Snap rear pockets fit my monstrous iPhone just fine and keep the dirt out. Coin pocket deep enough to accommodate the leatherman. Will buy again and again. Would like other color options
