The Carhartt Peninsula Trapper Hat updates a classic design.

  • 97% cotton canvas/3% spandex blend woven fabric with a durable water-repellent finish
  • Quilted-cotton lined insulated crown along with 100% acrylic fur lining on the ear flaps and visor flap
  • Carhartt woven label sewn on back and under front flap
  • Snaps on the visor allow you to wear it up or down, and an adjustable chin strap helps protect you from the elements

Well made and comfortable

This hat will keep your head warm. It is designed for real cold weather. It does not vent, so it will not be welcome as you heat up. It will keep cold air out of your ears. The exterior fabric is rugged and the lining is soft and cozy. The chin strap is fine. The snaps allowing the bill to be secured upward seem like they will last.

Super warm!

This hat is super warm! Seems to have very durable construction. I could have done without the fur on the bottom of the bill, as it's useless and looks a tad weird to me when the bill is snapped in the "up" position, but I love this hat! If it's cold enough for this hat to come out, I don't care what it looks like, anyways.

I love the quality of this hat. It is soft and warm. I would recommend this for anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors in winter.
