Poor quality

I bought this item for my husband. The quality of this T shirt is poor. I realize it was inexpensive and didn't expect much so it lived up to that. After washing in cold water, the seams do not match up. I made sure when washing that I not wash in warm water or dry with high heat and it still shrunk. Next time I will pay more for the better quality T shirts.
