    Living in a cooler

    The quality of the Yeti is beyond what UI expected. I am using it for drinks and food storage on a cross country trip. I am finding I only have to add ice every 4-5 days and even then there is still some residual ice from previous 4-5 days and everything is still completely ice cold. Impressed with the tacky bottom of the cooler preventing the cooler from sliding around freely on hard slick smooth surfaces.

    Just get one already.

    It’s very rare that a product is “me” proof, but this hard cooler is bomb proof! From loading and unloading at different farms to taking on a camping trip. It’s kept food cold for up to 5 days in 70 degree weather, and makes a great fly tying table when it’s raining. Easy to clean, and it’s just workhorse.

    Worth the investment

    This is our first Yeti cooler and we're very happy with how it performed this past weekend. Here in the AZ desert highs were in the 90's with plenty of sunshine. It was easy to pack. The contents and the 2 bags of ice stayed cold from 3am Friday morning through Saturday night. We were in and out of the cooler pulling ice for drinks. As expected, the ice melted but the water was still quite cold to the touch Sunday morning. We'll be investing in a smaller chest to keep ice in for beverages to minimize raising the temp in the food cooler. Is heavier than expected, definitely "solid"!
