Service is excellent, shipment delivered on time.
Price is reasonable. Ordered a size 12, which is my son's size, but unfortunately had to send back and order 11 1/2.
Only would have liked it if I didn't have to pay for the return, $5.95.

After ordering two different boots from other companies, one a 8.5 EEE and the other a 8.5 EEEE, and neither one of them fitting, I had my doubts about these boots. Was I ever surprised when I slipped them on my fit and they actually fit! In fact, the EEEE is just a tad bit wide, but I'm not complaining. These boots are lightweight, extremely comfortable to wear, require no break in period, seems to be a high quality leather and a great buy for the money. I do wish they were waterproof, but I have some wax I can put on them to do that. My boots arrived late yesterday afternoon and I have worn them all day today with no blisters, no sore feet and they still feel good on the feet after 12 hours. I plan to use these boots mainly for motorcycle riding. I would certainly recommend these boots and I'm glad that Wolverine manufactured a boot that would fit me!

The arch support is good. The soles and heels have good traction and resist wear very well. I ordered this in a 13 EEEE and it is slightly roomy. My only complaint is the finish. These are work boots and the outside scuffs too easily. Overall, this is a great boot for under $100.00.
