This is my 2nd pair of the same boot. My first pair turned me into a boot guy. I stand in a machine shop on concrete for 9 hours a day, and ever since buying my first pair about 2 years ago, my knee, foot, and lower back aches have subsided almost completely. I only want to wear these boots now. Up until now, shoes were just shoes. But when I reach for my boots, I have a sense of pride when I put them on and lace em up. Thank you so much for this amazing quality product. And yes I will be sending my old pair in for the Timberline cycle. Thats just another reason I love Timberland.

This has been a great construction boot. I've had my pair for 4 years and that's through all seasons and even concrete work and they look as though they're only a few months old and I've probably got a few more years with them.

Timberland Pro Powerwelt 6" (wide) is the only work boot for me. I bought my first pair in 2010. Every two years I buy another pair. Right out of the box is a perfect fit that requires no break in if you buy the appropriate width for your foot (narrow or wide). Since I work a lot of construction outside in Syracuse NY, with harsh road salty winters, just proves how durable they are. I get almost two years out of a pair before the rock salt eats holes into the high stress areas of the boot. The boot has a thick layer of sprayed on truck bed liner type material around the bottom half of the boot to resist wear. It definitely extends the life of the boot. If you're wondering if you should buy these boots for $120+, the answer is yes, they are worth every penny.
