We have had many insulated or vacuum bottles in our married life, but we have never owned a Stanley. What were we thinking???? The Stanley is the best we have ever had or used in the past 42 years. I recommend it HIGHLY!

My husband loves the feature that his Stanley thermos rests on the lid and it is proving very durable in a rock quarry enviroment. However, the cooler storage could be taller. It's pretty tough to fit in a meal sized Rubbermaid container as well as snacks for a 12 hour shift - and then you still need to fit in some sort of ice pack!

My father had one of these 30 years ago and it's still alive and kicking. I wanted one for myself and got one for my lunch travels. Lots of room inside for plenty of goodies. Thermos is well constructed and works well.
