Great Customer Service

I had to warranty these boots- my fiance wears them every day all day on our farm and there ended up being some wear on the soles less than a year after purchase. Customer service responded within an hour and had an order for a new pair ready for me within a day. Within a week we had the new pair here. It was outstanding. We have ordered many items from this company and they all are long lasting- this was an unusual issue for them, but they got us what we needed in an extremely fast amount of time with a real person helping us. This is the type of customer service that keeps people buying their products for a lifetime. Super appreciative and impressed with the way we were treated.

Can not fault my New Excursion Pro Mid Muck Boots I purchased these because I have owned a pair of Derwent Muck Boot for some years with no apparent wear, My Excursion Pro Mid Muck Boots are ideal for my Fishing trips involving walking through fields, mud & rough Terran with heavy Fishing gear in inclement weather. Also my new Boots are idea for my Gardening maintenance and for walks in my l local Wood. It’s a pity MuckBoot Company don’t make a Boot case to carry my favourite Boots.

Moved over to Muck boots

Moved over to Muck boots from that over priced French brand, best decision. I've got a pair of Artic sports for colder weather. Now purchased Excursion Pro. Walked 5km in them with no problem at all in warm. weather. Use them both for fishing and dog walking. Highly recommended 👌
