Great boots

These boots are great. The big news is that the thicker softer insoles. I'm not sure how long Merrell has been using them but it is a big improvement. The boots are lightweight and tough. They are very easy to put on and take off with zippers that I was not sure I was going to like.

Light and Comfy!

I took this boot to the middle east and it was super light and comfortable. I wore the bottom of the sole out from being on hot surfaces. I'm about to order a replacement pair as I now can't live without them. Theyre awesome in the mountains in the US as well!

I'm a federal officer that recently purchased these boots. After only wearing them for a couple of days, I had to run in them while responding to an incident. Very comfortable. If you are looking for comfort, these boots are the way to go. Also, if you are wearing the green tactical BDU cargo pants from 5.11, these boots match the pants.

Good boots, but not waterproof

Super comfortable boots! Run true to size and ready to wear out of the box. The issue is, they are never waterproof. I keep buying them in hopes they will fix the issue. But, to no avail, the pair I just purchased leaks as well.
