Seems like quality material, good

From:  Age:  Gender:
Seems like quality material, good warm boots. My feet get cold easy but with these I'm good outside at around 0 for the work day. A little weird to get used to because they are a bit bulky but these are the first packs I've had

Couldn't find a decent warm

From:  Age:  Gender:
Couldn't find a decent warm boot. Had a pair I loved and wore out, they were 20 to 30 years old. I really don't know. Looked and looked at the old ones trying to figure out what they were. Discovered they were LaCrosse Iceman's. Couldn't be happier. New ones are even better than the old ones.

Tried and true Iceman winter boots

From:  Age:  Gender:
I use these boots in extremely cold environments in the upper peninsula of Michigan. They are very warm and don’t have the ‘ski boot ‘ feel of other winter boots. I recommend them to my ice fishing friends. They seem a little snug at first but with a few outings they fit good. If in doubt , get the next size bigger.

Really nice boots for ice

From:  Age:  Gender:
Really nice boots for ice fishing. Great lacing system. Only wish that they would make them easier for people with high insteps and/or edema to get their feet into the liners. How about a slick strip down the back of the inside of the liner?

These boots are well made

From:  Age:  Gender:
These boots are well made and extremely warm and comfortable. The only down that we have found is the laces are slippery and tend to come untied when active. We plan to replace them, at minimal expense just to fit our activities.

Quality has Changed Drastically

From:  Age:  Gender:
I’ve been a loyal LaCrosse boots owner my entire life (64 years young). I am not a construction worker or logger and only wear the Iceman boots in the fall while Wisconsin bow hunting (approximately 3 weeks per year). I only hunt my 30-acre property which is mostly hardwoods with trails throughout for easy walking and access to my hunting stands. My farthest hunting stand to walk to is 650 steps. After 3 seasons, the rubber has cracked open and the heel on one boot is working loose. I have had other Lacrosse boots last well over 20 years under much more severe conditions. The quality of these boots has changed drastically and I will not purchase again. What a shame. P.S. - I wanted to post a photo of the rubber cracking, apparently that's not an option.

Great company customer service!

From:  Age:  Gender:
I got a pair of winter boots with ice grippers molded in the sole. They cracked during an extreme cold period and may have had an imperfection only to that pair. Although I Loved the boots they were discontinued. The company reviewed my claim, the boots condition and offered me a choice of 2 new boots in production at their expense! What a Great company to deal with and wonderful product. I chose the iceman as replacement and it is snugger than the others but excellently quality. I wish we had more companies that treated customers this well. Thanks Lacrosse and you can count on me buying your boots when its time for a replacement!
