Been upland bird hunting for over 45 years. Worn Beans, Irish Setters, Rockys, Danners, and now LaCrosse. These are the most comfortable out of the box I’ve ever worn. True to size with excellent front area toe room. Sole platform is sturdy yet comfortable. Solid support on all types of terrain and walking the sunflower fields of SD isn’t easy. Lacing system is flexible enough to allow for firm lacing all the way to top of boot without creating unwanted ankle pressure points. Looking forward to quail hunting in IL in a couple of weeks because the walking will be a delight. Can’t report on water resistance because haven’t faced any moisture yet. All in all, excellent boot … couldn’t be happier.

These boots are comfortable and I love the synthetic toe that helps with keeping my feet dry. I wore them all day the first time I put them on and they were comfortable. Looking forward to a long relationship with these boots.

This is actually my third pair. They have great traction and they don't seem to hang on to dirt and mud like so many other boots do. I would call them water resistant because they aren't water proof. All and all I'd say that they're the most comfortable boots I've ever owned.
