I have owned this type

I have owned this type of boot for approximately 20 years . I work in Forestry and do a lot of walking in a lot of rugged terrain. I use them year round even with our deep snow conditions using snow shoes. When the company introduced the air grip it really helped with slippery conditions. The main ongoing problem after many miles is they develop a hole in the ankle area where they always bend. I have always cut them off at the ankle and use them for a few more years as a bog type shoe around our 2 acre property in wet conditions.

Very good boots.

Very good boots for hunting, fishing, hiking, farming or anything you do outside in the snow or other wet conditions. I've owned several pair and the traction, fit, and lasting qualities of these boots is the best.

I have no problem with them, I would say that I think you need to beef up the heels and souls of them because over time my feet hurt but, the boots still have life left in them.
