Easy to get on and take off. Good traction on dry ground and rocky stream bottoms. Looses a little traction in muddy areas. Robust rubber material. Stays secure in intended wearing position.

Water boot for the water department. .

They are exactly what you pay for. Gets the job done and keeps your feet and legs dry and safe. If you wear a thick boot sock you will stay very warm as well.

Lacrosse waders are new to

Lacrosse waders are new to me. Brands used in the past, Pro-Line, Hodgman, Frogtoggs, Cabelas, Redhead. Waders looked great outta the box. Decent thickness to the Rubber. Really impressed with the Steel Toe. As an avid Fisherman who will be using these waders for winter use only, the steel toe I like. Great ankle support which I really need. Length on par with other brands. Like the snaps versus buckle on the straps. Another plus for Lacrosse. Two cons. Definitely not enough meat on the soles as far as tread. Really need that for mud but especially cause an avid Angler is gonna be climbing up and down slippery slopes. Really need a tread that bites. Lacrosse tread isn't horrible just isn't up to par like say Pro-Line. Second con is the left wader leaked right away along a seam on th calf area. Not enough of a leak to cause puddling of water in the sole but enough to wet my cloths etc. Knowing full well I could return these for a new pair I elected not to as I just didn't feel like dealing with a return no matter how easy it would have been. Simply siliconed along both the horizontal seam and vertical seam. All well. It will be a temporary fix. Is what it is. By the end of Winter I'll need a new pair as I go through them due to stomping through sometimes heavy vegetation, stickers, brush etc. I'll see how they perform and base a decision as to whether I'll buy this brand Lacrosse again.
