I have been wearing my normal hiking boots for winter hikes and finally decided to get a pair of insulated, waterproof boots for winter hiking and a trip to Iceland in November. I got these and wore them immediately in Iceland for 7 straight days to walk in the city as well as on a variety of wet/muddy/rocky trails. They were super comfy, light on my feet, and had great traction. I never had issues with water seeping in and they don't look as huge and clunky as some other boots. I love them!

I have the chukka boots and thought I would give these a try. I wore them in Norway above the Artic circle in the cold and dark and they did not disappoint. Not so bulky so they don???t look out of place on city streets in snowy weather. Good traction on snow.

I purchased a pair of the Women's Inquire last year and loved the traction, I'm a senior citizen and need the security of a dependable boot in winter. Also, in extreme cold weather they didn't fail to keep me warm.
