I like the color and

I like the color and wide front part. I felt tight at the shoe lace area at first but it didn’t bother me after hiking with it for the first time. It is not waterproof and thin with mesh so I don’t recommend to wear it in the snow or muddy trail. Overall it’s a good pair of hiking shoes.

This was my first time

This was my first time wearing this type of shoe from Danner. I was looking for a low top trail shoe for hiking and aerobic walking in. The fit was a little narrower than other shoes I have but it was quite a comfortable hugging to my foot. The toe box is wide enough for feet swelling. Because I have to wear shoe inserts for my high arches, there was plenty of room for these and man do I like to wear them even just around the house/yard. The backs are flexible enough to slide a foot into the shoe and I really do love these shoes. The grip is amazing for all types of surfaces: rocks, dirt, floors.

Hiked Grand Canyon, Death Vally,

Hiked Grand Canyon, Death Vally, and Joshua tree and these shoes were so comfortable! Room in the toes, but not sloppy. Great grip on rocky/sandy spots. Also worn walking down the Vegas Strip…so they are versatile. The color is unexpected…in a good way!

These shoes were the perfect choice for hiking in Utah and Arizona in the summer heat. They are light and comfortable. I have narrow feet and they fit me very well. I highly recommend these hiking shoes.
