Better than expected

Might me as comfortable out of the box as any shoe I've owned. These boots are great - literally love them. The right combo of light, comfortable and tough. I'm a filmmaker in the hunting/active-outdoors space and these have been great for long days on my feet in mixed weather. JUST warm enough for cold stalking days, perfect for all other fall weather. Big fan - will buy another pair when these die.

I always replace the laces

I always replace the laces and inserts on my boots, but even then, these took longer than usual to break in. That said, I do like them and would buy again. Thus far, I've only had one blister, and that was after a six mile ruck carrying 50 lbs over hilly terrain. Since then? No issues.
