Excellent boots. I needed some boots that fit like the ones that got me through my time in the military and these fit the bill! Except better because they're lighter (no steel toe) and they handle the hot weather perfectly. Feeling spry as I'm new boot goofin'!

I started wearing the Danner brand back in 2017. I purchased the Tachyon 8” Black in leather and loved it. They are light, supportive, and I can spit-shine them which I always do. I bought a second pair in 2023 to give my first pair a break and recently I bourh a third pair but this time I got the synthetic ultra-light Tachyon. I've been wearing them for two weeks now and they are amazing! I am very happy with the Danner brand and my Tachyon boots 😎.

I would have gone with a half size up but unfortunately, a 12 1/2 isn’t made. There’s for sure a break in period, but overall the boot is okay.

These boots are amazing. I have been buying theses boots for 10 years. Third pare. I work 10 hour days, on cement floors. My feet feel great at the end of the day.
They are so light weight. Like a tennis shoes.
