The recent order of the Recurve is a Christmas present for me from me. I expect them to be just as great as the ones I have worn for the last couple of years. Out of the six other pairs Danner boots that I own these are my favorite.

This is my second pair.

This is my second pair. I love the last being used on this boot! The waterproof membrane gave out after about 14+ months first round. . . so I'm hoping this membrane lasts longer this time around. Any reason you do not use Gore-tex on this model, where as you do on the Sharptail?
