These fit very well. Excellent toe box. Treads are as close to self cleaning as you could get. Excellent cold weather insulation. Good water resistance though I use KJ cream. Major hassle are laces. THESE BOOTS SHOULD HAVE SPEED LACES. Hard for us old guys to get over so far at least this 2 meter 230# 75 year old man. Outside of that bravo!!! Toes and feet are warm big socks fit. GoreTex works just fine. IF THE LACING SYSTEM WAS BETTER THESE WOULD GET 5 stars

These have been my best hunting boots so far. Comfortable right out of the box. My feet have not gotten hot or cold hunting in temperatures from 30s to 70s. I just recommended them to a friend.

I had to return the 800G boots because they were too narrow. My feet are wider than I thought, I reordered a pair of 400G Pronghorns in a double E width. They fit perfectly! Frankly they are the best pair of boots I've ever owned. I could not be happier. You folks produce the best boots money can buy. What's more you stand firmly behind their construction and customer satisfaction. I am a Danner customer for life!!!

Size runs a little small so I had to return the first pair and order one size larger pair. Return process was extremely easy. Second pair fit good with heavy socks and they were very comfortable from the beginning.

These boots were comfortable from the moment I tried them on. Last year wore a pair of 400G boots in -10 deg F weather in Montana and never had cold feet. I expect my new 800G boots to do the same.
