I selected this boot not only for the great Danner fit, but also for the color. I am not a fashionista, but I love the unique color of it not being a tan or basic black boot. I am also a proponent of a darker sole on all my footwear.

Scuff pretty easily. I'm pretty rough on my shoes I work outdoors and am pretty rough and tumble. So maybe wax them real good before you go out in the world with them. They are very attractive and I like the colors they feel great and supportive of my ankles
