I love these shoes. I

I love these shoes. I wear them for work installing fireplaces and chimney systems and they grip metal and shingle roofing very well. Took about a week or so to break them in for them to be comfortable. And as they get worn the better they look. They keep my feet dry and warm even in heavy rain and mud. I've worn them for almost 2 months now and plan on buying some in black when I can.

I am really happy with

I am really happy with the performance of the Jag Monk's Robe. It took a while to break them in, mainly the textile upper and getting it to loosen up and form around the mid foot area. I've day hiked with them and gotten through without being fatigued. The foot and ankle support is just right, insole is good, and the tread pattern works great on rocky type hiking trails. This is my third pair of Danner boots, and I don't see myself changing brands in the future.
