Major defect, poor QC

2nd pair of Danner boots. My first pair lasted over a year which is a long time in my line of work. These seemed like a good boot, but when they arrived the soles have a major side to side curve. It feels like you are balancing on a ball. Both boots are this way which makes a super unsteady, hazardous boot. I can set the boot on the ground and rock it side to side. Sorry to leave a bad review, but this is just poor QC.

Out of all the boots

Out of all the boots that i have bought this is the only one that fit and feel the right way and it is withstanding the hard outdoor work environment . I have two Danner Quarry soft toe, and two Danner Gritstone all of them are very comfortable the whole day . I Strongly recommend this brand because you really get what you pay for and more .

Danner have always been good

Danner have always been good boots and will always recommend them. I have had pairs of them last over ten years. If you maintain the leather they will last quite some time. This is the first time buying an alloy toe and are much lighter than other steel toe boots I have owned. These are good quality boots that will hold up like the rest I have purchased.

The boot wears good and

The boot wears good and is good in all weather My only down is I have planted fasciitis and if I wear them the day it does hurt my foot am going to try different insoles
