I like the boots -

I like the boots - comfortable, strong and I feel they will last a long time. However the Laces have worn quickly - out cover is already broken. They will need replacing now. I would think the laces should match the toughness of the boot.

Love the boots, fit and

Love the boots, fit and finish is nice. Boots broke in quickly. Only issue I have is the tongue of the boot, I wish it was made of leather or at least lined on the lower half. I work maintenance at a sawmill and do occasional welding and torching and unfortunately on the first day of wearing these boots I burnt holes thru the tongue, and that resulted in the loss of the waterproofing.

Solid boots

I've been wearing Danner boots for 15 years and have never been disappointed with the brand. I just put these on and they feel great right out of the box. We'll see how they hold up but with Danners track record, I believe these boots will last several seasons of cutting firewood and hunting here in Montana.
