First Danner boots, chose the Crafter Wellington over a yr ago. I never could wear a pull on work boot on my farm as they would stretch and then heel would slip. Now with fused discs can't bend over to tie a shoe. These have been comfortable right out of box, love the heel cup. I researched the website till I found these and seemed to have best for comfort. The lining was a great side benefit for slipping on and off. I don't wear them without overshoes in winter, nor slop thru mud or barnyard acids. I then bought the same in a low shoe for wearing in hot summer with work shorts. Both have same fit. Not the prettiest shoes but then I didn't buy 'em for pretty.
