CAT P90394 - Women's Kenzie

I wear these every day to work and have been very happy with them. The weather has been super wet and rainy, so getting to work means slogging through mud puddles. My feet have never once gotten wet! I very much appreciate how nice these look, as I work in an on site job trailer so I walk a line between dressing practically and business casual. As other reviewers have said, these do take a while to break in, and I highly suggest not lacing them up all the way. I used the hair dryer method to loosen them up enough to make it through my first day at work and after that it took another two weeks to fully break in. I usually wear a size 8 1/2, sometimes a 9 and I bought these in an 8 1/2 wide to split the difference. Very glad I did. The 8 1/2 would be too tight.

I was hesitant about these because of mixed reviews but bought them anyway because I’m a sucker for appearances above practicality. Their initial impression is that they are hard, and unyielding to your poor feet. Day 2 of wearing them was excruciating, 6 hours into the day I had to swap out to my old boots. After about a week of breaking them in, it’s no problem to put them on in the morning and wear all day. I would suggest sizing up, I find these are tighter on the top of my foot than I’d like, and using the steel toe to kick things into place hurts my toes which my Chippewa boots don’t do at all. There’s too much ankle support, in that before it bends with you it will allow your foot to slide out of the boot a little, rubbing your heel. I’d rate all of these as uncomfy but not painful or unbearable, at least for my 8 hour days.

I’ve owned these for two days now and they’re the worst boots ever. The lip of the steel on the inside digs into my skin on the right boot causing me a great deal of pain. The left boot isn’t as bad but still very painful. I thought I’d just have to break them in but I can’t even put them on or take them off without a ton of pain, and I can’t walk in them For more than a few minutes. Im upset that I wasted my money on these. Only PRO to these boots are they are super cute.

I work 50/50 indoor and outdoor. Had a couple of rainy days and for some reason water only gets into the right boot. Left is perfectly fine and dry. Makes no sense but cant return them because they've been worn. So I only wear them on days when I know there wont be any rain or snow.

I love these boots, cute and functional. I have high arches and I thought it would be a problem at first because there is a seem that runs across the tounge but I worked through it!

I love the boot. I usually am a 6.5 but always have to buy a 7 because shoes never fit right. I have a flat arch and wide feet. So I purchased a 7 in this boot, but it is too big. I regret not getting a 6.5 as it seems very true to size. Otherwise it is a fantastic boot and will be sure to buy the right size next go around.

I love that the Kenzie boot is comfortable, light weight (even with the steel toe), and cute! I was happy to get a stylish pair of boots that I can wear at work, on hikes, errands, anywhere! The top cuff of the boot rubs uncomfortably when I lace up all the way. It's perfect when I skip the top two hooks. My feet are between a 6 and 6.5, closer to a size 6 and the 6 is perfect for me. The colors in the product pictures are exactly what you get. The shock absorbent sole really handles the impacts of digging with a shovel. My feet stay nice and warm, though I haven't used them in rain or snow yet. This is the most I've paid for a pair of shoes so far and I am not disappointed; they are totally worth it and will last me a long time.

Its my fourth day wearing the shoe any feet are in alot of pain. The fabricon top is literally rubbing skin so baddly with each step. Really disappointed at these. They may be cute but not worth the money

I love these boots! They are tough but also perfect for my look with skirts and boots! My first pair fit on the larger side so I returned them with no questions asked. Very satisfied!
