I have the cat work jeans with knee pad pockets. If you order the right size jeans and you have to kneel down you will land on the knee pads. I do commercial roofing and put other knee pads over them and they are comfortable.

This item was disappointing. When I opened up the package, there was no strap included. So, either there's a way to use them efficiently that I do not know of, but at least the item description should have said so. Item seems soft and well made, just no practical way to use it.
