Run small size 36 = 32 at best

I normally wear size 34. Bought these shorts in 36 for comfort, but but could not even button them up. At best, they are size 32 or even smaller. I also highly doubt that they are 11 inches inseam. Cannot comment about durability, but the fabric is kind of lightweight. No more CAT workwear for me.
