Carhartt WB032 - Women's Modern Fit Jean - Slim Straight

I love Carharrt's. But as a petite woman, I just don't get to wear many of their items. Enter the Modern Fit line. This is my first pair of Modern Fits, but I'm guessing there will be more. Well made, good fit. I think they'll last a long time! They might run a little larger (just a smidge) than so-called "Premium Denim". A 24 is usually tight on me: for Carhartt's (or maybe just this style?), they a little roomy. Not enough to go up a size, and they might actually shrink down more (since I've only washed them once). I'm so glad Carhartt finally got the memo and started making women's workwear. For all the women who work and play in inhospitable environments, that was a huge boon. And now I'm super glad to have going out jeans made by Carharrt's, too.

They are great for working in, very comfortable and the small amount of spandex in them are are great for working in or for going out as well.

I usually wear a size 27 in jeans, and these have a true size and just the right snug but comfortable fit. The rear pockets are a nice touch. They are not too low as on many jeans. I don't have a big or low behind, and low or long pockets look funny on me. These were just right. Try them if you have a more athletic body that you want to show off a bit. The 32 inch length was good for me at 3'4", though I think that length is gone in the size 27 now. If you wear heels the 34 may be right for you. I wear mostly flats. You could alter the 34 inch length with matching gold thread since they don't have wear marks at the hems. They are also a nice solid dark color without that whiskering that I personallly don't like. It looks like Carhartt may be discontinuing these, which is a shame. Glad I got mine when I did.

I get a lot of compliments wearing these jeans. They fit really nice, feel stretchy and look expensive. The good thing is that they are not. 32" length fits like a 30".
