Carhartt WA747 - Women's Back 40 Fingermitt Glove

Oddly warm, shockingly durable. I've had countless pairs of gloves, all to amass finger holes from wood cutting in the cold. I only had 2 pairs of the mens version but they discontinues so I bought the large women's. Wish it was XL or XXL but its a worthwhile glove and I've not found one better at keeping the fingers warm the durability for running the chainsaw and collecting many cords of wood. They are best when around 15 degrees, they work when colder and warmer but warmer gets wet and and colder gets just that. This synthetic material is a winner for my needs where gloves fall short and most mittens are too bulky for saw operation. Please bring back the Mens' version.... or make bigger Women's in the same material.

They seem too light weight to be warm enuf for winter activities in British Columbia- but they are perfect. My second pair. They are my go to mitt when walking the dog, snowshoeing, xc skiing. Love 'em!

Back40 Insulated Women??s Mitt??.quite good, nice knit glove inside??.hard to hold my dog??s leash and I thought I was buying their warmest rated gloves??this pair is rated Warmer, their middle strength??..so I will see how they do when the temps drop again. These gloves look good and keep you warm. I have yet to wear them in negative temperatures, but just under freezing they kept my hands nice and warm, without getting too hot. They seem tough and haven't started to show signs of being worn out yet. You can still move your hands easily in them.
