Carhartt R33 - Extremes® Arctic Zip Front Bib Overall - Quilt Lined

I own a pair of carhartt R38 version of insulated coveralls and they are awesome. So I wanted to find a pair of these coveralls but sadly carhartt stopped making the R33 version and came out with a new version that I didn't want. Dungarees was the only place that had these and in my size 40x34 (6'4", 250lbs) and it was a factory 2nd. Figured I would take a chance and ordered a pair and the only defect I think that could possibly make this a factory 2nd was a small place in the inside seam were the thread sewn was just slightly off. But this was nothing that would compromise the durability and plus it took me 20min to find it with a flashlight looking the entire bib over in depth. All buttons and zippers (made of metal and no plastic) worked smooth and fine, no holes or misplaced seams or pockets. Tried them on several times and the sizing was just as perfect as my R38's . All seams are triple stitched inside and out. You would have to be very hard on clothing to tear these up. The insulation on these are more than twice as thick as the R38's and the Cordura outer fabric is just as tough and rugged feeling as you would expect. Obviously no problem keeping you warm too plus has enough room in the chest in back to wear a hoodie underneath these and be able to squat and kneel down with no unreasonable tightness or pinching fabric. Very mobile for the amount of thick insulation these have.

Usual good quality. was bought as seconds which i have before. any imperfection is not even noticeable. (can't even find). perfect for work clothing. shipping to Canada was extremely quick. Good product and service all round.

They sent me the wrong size.It was marked correctly but really large. Tried to call them but got hotels reservations. Sent it back and they charged me. Don't waste your money on this place. I used to buy all my bibs for this place but no more.

Carhartt quality is great. Had to order a 2nd paid because the 36 waist was too small so i gifted them to my son in law and ordered myself a 38 waist. They do run small bo doubt about it. He wears a 32 and the 36 was just a tad big for him. Keep in mind if your like me and dont like the hassle of returns.
