Shrinks badly

I have 2 of these that I purchased when they first came out (about 2 years ago). I've been washing and drying them all this time and they fit perfectly. I bought 3 more this Fall - 1 locally and 2 from Dungarees.net. When I laundered the first shirt and dried it, it shrank at least 2 sizes. I had to give it away to a small person. I was very dissatisfied with this "new" feature of the shirt. I returned the 2 that I bought from Dungarees unused. I will not be buying these shirts any longer.
