Last year, I purchased one of these jackets and liked it so much that I went ahead and purchased ten for future use, gifts, and those very special friends. I knew Carhartt would stop manufacturing them so I "stocked up" so to speak.

Had been looking for a new Unlined Brush Jacket for my son for over a year. His has become very worn out. Was so glad I found one for him for Christmas. He was shocked I had found one. He too had been to a number of stores all over Texas and couldn't find one. I hope you keep them in stock. Actually wish I could get double and triple X sizes for other family members.

I love this jacket on the cool mornings workinging in the fields or just out riding my horses. I just wish it came in 3XL it would fit just a bit better. But over all it is a great jacket.

I wore these down in South Texas to keep off the mesquite and and cats claw when gathering cattle it saved my hide then and now in Montana I wear it to keep the Highline wind off you can't get a better coat for all weather put a heavy shirt under it and it is good for Fall and Spring wear over your shirt in the summer to stay protected. My wife made a removable lining for mine so I can even wear it in the winter. Love this coat.

The jacket is great for those cool windy spring days we have here in the Mid-Atlantic. the fit is perfect except the sleeves must have been measured for an orangutan. I wear a 34 inch sleeve length, the jacket is a perfect fit for me for a large, the sleeves extend to the middle finger joint on each hand, very aggravating, great coat otherwise.

I use this jacket when I am trail riding. It needs to be tough enough to stand up to the brush and just being tied up behind the saddle.

Quality was good, fit me more like a shirt though ordered a 2xlt...sleeves were plenty long, but too skinny/tight, coat could have been a little longer considering it was a tall, returned.

My husband loves this jacket. He had been looking for one like this for some time. This style of jacket was made years ago. A very hard-to-find product. Great for walking through the brush country and nice enough to wear all day long.
