This is my 4th pair I have owned. The last couple pair eventually began to split in the sole around the ball of the foot. Hope these hold up a little longer for the price

This is my 5th pair. They??re very comfortable and provide a lot of support. However they do wear out quick. One pair a year. I??m an auto mechanic and the fluids wear the soles out and they begin to crack. The material is pretty solid and warm and overall best bang for the price in my opinion.

Great Boot Last me Along Time

Tried a pair of these a long time ago .It took a while to break them in . Which I didn't mind either. After i got them broke in the comfort was hard to beat. kicking around as a home builder ,mud boards sometimes nails concrete drywall you name it i put them through it all. Think i got three to four years out of then. this is my fourth pair. Verry Proud Of Carhart. They Make Quality Stuff

Good boots, bad insoles.

Being a die hard Carhartt clothing junkie I decided to take a chance on a needed new pair of work boots. They look great and fit well. Fter using them for a day the bottom of my feet hurt. I took out the insoles and put some older insoles and it felt better but not great. I intend to purchase after market insoles. I would hope that for the money a quality insole should be your number one priority for a full days work. Thus the four star rating.
