Worst fit cutest pants

These pants are so cute! I bought a 3T for my just turned 2 yr old. She is average sized and these pants fit awful! The waste is about 7x to big even after adjusted and are so short I thought they might be capris( they are not). These pants were not cheap so I am super sad that my daughter will probably only be able to wear them the one time because the way they fit looks so awkward.
