Hard to pull over head

I purchased this for my nephew for Christmas. Great looking sweatshirt but it was hard to pull over his head. He is a slim 5 year old and I purchased a size 6. His mother had to tug quite a bit to try to get it on. Needless to say my nephew was unhappy about it. I plan to exchange it for the zip up version of the same shirt.

I bought this pull over for my nephew and it was very long and did not blouse at waist, making it look "dress like" on my young nephew. Good quality though, just awkward fit for lanky boys.
