DETAILS

Carhartt's WorkFlex® coat is lighweight, yet very durable. The Polyuethane (PU) coating over polyester knit fabric gives this coat a flexible function in wet or dry conditions. It is fully waterproof and wind-resistant.

Does keep you dry!!

I finally got a good chance to try this coat out on a rainy week in south west KY. It rained for 2 days and I wore this coat with another jacket under for additional layer. I stayed dry all day. Just wish it was a tougher fabric as in my work it will probably get ripped. It would also be nice if it came in the Hi-Viz color of ANSI Green. For moderate outdoor work I would say this is a good purchase. For working in the brush I am afraid it will snag easily, but time will tell.

Get one!!! Works in cold weather too, just layer underneath.. They need to make it with liner..

Great for over layered clothes!

Runs a little large which is great for someone who dresses in multiple layers in the winter! My husband can wear it year-round and be able to move freely whatever he does.

Nice and light weight compared to rubber jacket and works just as good.

Keeps the rain out and will slowly collect moisture and get heavier but still keeps wet rain and snow off ya and drys quick.

Keeps you dry

I got this coat to replace my old rain jacket of another brand which let water in in a heavy rain. The new Carhartt has certainly kept me dry, and is pretty comfortable. The fact that it only has snaps and no zipper makes it slower to put on, and the sleeve cuffs are a little large and floppy when you are trying to do manual work. But overall it still works great.
