Carhartt B167 - Loose Fit Jeans - Straight Leg

My husband is tall and skinny and builds log homes for a living so we have a terrible time finding pants that fit good but are durable enough for his job. These pants are perfect! He says they're comfy, they fit him great, and they are good thick denim that holds up! We will be buying more pairs of these! Great buy for the $$.

I have worn Carhartt apparel exclusively for the past 5 years or better. The tees I throw out are due to stains not wear, and almost the same for the jeans. Some of my long sleeve tees are thrown out due to burn holes from brazing/soldering, or fitting for welders, but overall they outlast any other product I've worn. I also appreciated the prompt service from Dungarees and will be doing more business with you in the future. Thanks, again.

Very roomy for stooping or bending. Material is rugged and will last for years to come. The fit in the waist is true to size, but legs are roomy. I highly recommend this brand of jeans.

Overall, these Carhartt loose-fit jeans are first-rate. Since they're a recent purchase I can't report on durability, but given the very solid construction, and the Carhartt reputation, I'm sure I'll be wearing them for years to come. The 15-ounce denim is much more substantial than the general-purpose or "dressy" jeans I've worn or seen in stores. Also, the front pockets are made of solid, heavy-duty cotton duck instead of the light-weight cloth (or even gauzy polyester!) used for the pockets of most other jeans. The reasons I only gave these jeans four stars instead of five are: 1. The watch pocket (fifth pocket) should be larger, like Carhartt puts on their work dungarees. I find it has limited use at the present size. 2. The Carhartt work dungarees have triple stitched seams on both the inside and outside leg seams. Why couldn't Carhartt have also done this with their jeans? 3. The 19-inch cuff is a bit large A cuff of 17 or 18 inches would have been ideal -- a slight taper. But overall -- an excellent buy!
