My son normally wears a 31x34 in pants. I bought him a 34x32 just incase and though he can wear them, they will be tight getting long johns under them. The next pair I'm buying will be a 36x36. They are very stiff out of the package. I recommend washing with fabric softener first before first wear. The snaps on the front legs are cold against the legs on the inside. If you plan on working in the cold with these they will definitely be felt even through insulated underwear. I recommend putting a small piece of foam tape on the inside where it will touch the legs.

Order these a couple of sizes larger so I could move around and have a nice loose fit. Material is very thick and sturdy however very comfortable to wear. I love the extra layer of fabric on the front of the legs as it makes it much more durable, brushing up against trees and brush while I’m chainsaw cutting.

B01 has been my go to for 2 decades. It starts off stiff, but confirms perfectly to the body. It’s durable enough. The only gripe is that the side tool pockets aren’t getting large enough to fit the modern cellphones. Also I’d love to get one in moss green, and navy blue. It’s better than the Rugged Flex which is weak, or the brushed finish.
