nice bag but felt really let down when i picked it up for the first time with (not a lot of) tools in it and the flimsy looking cast metal hoops holding the shoulder strap to the bag snapped clean off. other than that the bag is fine but it's now a tool handbag rather than a shoulder bag. disappointing
