Stay protected when the weather gets rough with this traditional duck hood. Featuring Carhartt's Arctic-Quilt lining, it fits most traditional Duck jackets or coats that have the snaps under the collar.

  • 12-ounce, firm-hand, 100% ring-spun cotton duck
  • Nylon lining quilted to arctic-weight polyester insulation

I had a waterproof jacket with no hood, and there weren't many options for buying a high quality waterproof hood separately from a jacket. With some DIY, I'm pretty happy with the combo!

The hood is very well made and durable. The problem comes with the design. I don't know if maybe I just have a big head but it's very small. The"fitted" end barely gets to the top of my head, and the velcro strap isn't long enough to reach under and strap.

I bought the hood to go with my new coat. There is not enough material to snap the hood around my neck. The Velcro strap is also to short to close the hood. Several other people at work have the same complaint.

When buying a coat or jacket the hood is a must.

I purchased a work coat and the hood at the same time. I've had coats from other company's that zip on and zipper doesn't work. This hood is to easy snaps on and snaps off.
