Perfect belt for working in security check areas

I bought this belt little over 3 years ago, still looks and functions great. One of it's best secrets is that it doesn't have enough of metal components in it to trigger Metal detectors. My job takes me to many buildings, (airports, stadiums, bank vaults,federal and state buildings) where I have to go through metal detectors, dozens of times a day, and not having to constantly remove and reloop this belt has been an awesome convenience. As far as quality goes, belt holes have not stretched and leather still looks great, even tho I wear it on daily basis, over 3 years... I hope they kept up with quality, since i might want to buy another one, just in case they get harder to find. In couple years

If you are a maintainer this the belt to have. You don't have to worry about scratching anything with the buckle or if working over anything electrical you don't have to worry about shorting anything out as the buckle is protected by leather there by protecting you and what ever you are working on.

I have worn out 5 "Carhart mechanics belt in the past 30 years. They not only prevent scratches buy their extremely safe, durable a f are made of top grade cowhide. The buckle is strong & close to the body. It can't get coughs on objects like conventional buckles. The best part of this belts design is that no matter how much belt is left after you tighten your belt, the excess belt is on the inside oh the belt & can't get hung up on anything.
