My wife uses this as her day bag when we go out. She will put anything from her purse to binoculars. If she wants a bottle of water that goes in as well. Has snaps that close the bag plus for the pockets. She is 5 ft 2 and the length of the straps are perfect for her. Overall a great buy that made her happy.

This tote is made well as I would expect from a Carhartt product. It's all that it is advertised to be. Now that I have it and am attempting to adjust from a daily leather purse to a tote where I can grab a small purse with essentials to enter a store and leave the heavy tote/purse outside I've decided perhaps some zipper pockets on the outside would be a nice addition. It truly does meet all my expectations otherwise. A review I read before purchasing the tote raved about how nice the handles fold over vs standing straight up, so here I am RAVING, YES!
