I'm using it for yard work and swimming to protect from sun. The long sleeves and hood make it perfect for my needs. I also appreciate how lightweight and breathable it is.

Since I am old, I am all about sun protection. And I live in Alabama, which is very close to the sun. So I tried these hooded shirts and they are as good as advertised for sun protection and moisture wicking. I will be buying more of these.

My wife and I both each have three of these in various colors and truly love these shirts.
